Communication
We are committed to communicating effectively with our patients and visitors. We accept Operator Relay Service (711) calls and other telecommunications relay services in the same manner as traditional telephone calls. If you have questions regarding accessibility or communication needs before your visit, please contact our office and we will do our best to assist you.
Website Access
We endeavor to develop and update website content using current technologies that effectively communicate with and afford access to persons with disabilities. We make every effort necessary to meet online usability and design requirements, including those recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in its Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1.
Assistive Devices
Patients and visitors are welcome to use their own personal assistive devices while visiting our facility.
Companions and Service Animals
Companions, guide dogs, and other service animals are welcome to accompany guests with disabilities while visiting our facility.
Interruption of Services
If we are temporarily unable to offer any accessibility-related features or services, we will provide notice of the interruption and the anticipated time when services will be resumed.
Modification of Policies or Procedures
We will make reasonable modifications to our policies or procedures when appropriate to help ensure access to our facility, website, or communication channels.
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of content on our website.
